Parenting: How do contractions feel?

Ok, so I was wondering how contractions feel because I told my mom that I was having regular period cramps and she told me that that’s what they feel like. She said for me to time them and keep track. I am kind of almost close to due date. Due date is September 22 and I am not sure what to expect. I know that my baby will probably come early but I don’t know how to tell if he is coming and I want to be prepared. I am very excited and I will be even more when he is here. At least that way I have apart of his father here in the states with me. Brian is currently residing in Iraq. I really miss him. Most of all I just want to know if I really need to be alarmed about my period cramps of course with out the mess. LOL!!!

congratulations and good luck to you! they do feel alot like very bad cramps. i was nervous just like you are when i had my first son, but you will know when you are in labor. dont worry you will do great. god bless you and your family. i wish you a great delivery

MY DAUGHTER IS DUE ANYDAY AND
SHE HAS BEEN HAVING CONTRACTIONS
FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. NOT PAINFUL YET
BUT THEY WILL GET STRONGER AS LABOR
GETS CLOSE.
JUST NO THAT THE PAIN WILL END AND YES
THERE IS PAIN IN THE END YOU WILL HAVE
A BLESSING TO SHOW FOR IT
