Hobbies & Interests: To Sjeep and Lava

We did not get the house- i spoke with our attorney this Am and the sellers attorney rejected our offer- there is NOTHING legal we can do about it because there where no contracts signed at this point. However our house is still on the Market and we are going to hope for the best! The house that we wanted to buy was for sale by owner and the attorney is just holding the hand of the seller and doing all of the work for her- they may have a possible buyer already- but I am not sure if he is interested in the home-( i know his family) so if he does not take it- the seller is back to Square 1 and we wont try again. Thats all i have and i am sure there will be more to vent about in the next few days - thank you for your input and by the way we did get our $500.00 deposit back- Thank GOD!
