I have young children and I'm getting sick of cooking the same old things for dinner all the time. Does anyone have any yummy recipes to share? I'll start...it's our mock version of Chicken Marsala, my kids love it!
    1 pkg. of Chicken tenderloins
    1/2 c Marsala Cooking Wine
    Italian Bread Crumbs
    2 tbs. Olive Oil
    2 Eggs (beaten) :)
    1 can of Mushrooms (drained)

Place olive oil in a frying pan. Clean and dry Chicken. Lightly coat chicken w/egg and cover w/a thin layer of bread crumbs. Place chicken in pan and sautee on low heat for 1 minute. Add whine & mushrooms and continue to sautee on low heat until chicken in completely cooked. Very yummy! Delicious w/noodles coated w/olive oil and garlic.

This recipe is Cheez Whiz Broccoli Casserole. It is out of this world!!! My grandmother always used to make it, and she FINALLY just gave me the recipe, and I'm glad I can share it with everyone here. So, here it goes:
2 packages chopped frozen broccoli (cooked)
    1/2 cup cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium size jar Cheez Whiz
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 T butter
Saute chopped onion in melted butter or margarine. Add soup, cheez whiz, cooked and drained broccoli, and rice. Put in 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered, in 350 oven.
    YUMMO!

Oh Oh!! Do what I do.... Order out!! I am an expert of take out. Other than take out our eating of meals usually sucks. I am a horrible cook. I made brownies one time and used oven cleaner instead of Pam.(Both the cans were yellow, really not my fault) Of course I'm not sure why I put the oven cleaner in with the spices.

This one is for you Liz Mann!! Enjoy!

    >These cookies are really good and a lot of fun to make - invite a friend over this weekend and cook up a batch.
    >Be sure to follow directions exactly.
    >
    >Christmas cookie ingredients:
    >1 cup water
    >1 tsp baking soda
    >1 cup sugar
    >1 tsp salt
    >1 cup brown sugar
    >lemon juice
    >4 large eggs
    >1 cup nuts
    >2 cups dried fruit
    >1 bottle Jose Cuervo tequila
    >
    >Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the
    >Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level
    >cup and drink.
    >
Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in large fluffy
    bowl.

Add one teaspoon of sugar...beat again. At this point it's best to
make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup...just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and
chuck in the cup of dried fruit, pick the frigging fruit off floor...mix on
theturner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it
loose w ith a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.
Next sift two cups of salt, or something. Who giveshz a sheet. Check
the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add
one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can
    find. Greash the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to
beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish
the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.
